Tempeh  “meatballs”

1 cup kidney beans  1 cup diced tempeh 1/4 cup walnuts 1/2 red onion diced 2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp dried herbs 1 tsp nutritional yeast Salt and pepper to taste.  Blend ingredients until it all comes together.  Roll into desired sized balls Bake at 180° for 20 minutes 

Jicama fries

 🔹️1 medium jicama 🔹️2 tsp olive oil 🔹️1 tsp Cajun seasoning Pre heat oven to 200°C  Peel jicama and slice into fries. Toss in a bowl with oil. Then coat with seasoning.  Spread evenly on a lined tray and bake for 20 minutes.

Recipe 🔹️1 cup organic chickpeas (soaked overnight) 🔹️4 cloves of garlic, crushed 🔹️Juice from 1 lime 🔹️2 Tbs sunbutter 🔹️3 Tbs olive oil 🔹️1/4 cup water 🔹️Pinch of salt.  Directions 🔸️Drain chickpeas, add to a saucepan with enough water to cover.
