Jicama fries

 🔹️1 medium jicama 🔹️2 tsp olive oil 🔹️1 tsp Cajun seasoning Pre heat oven to 200°C  Peel jicama and slice into fries. Toss in a bowl with oil. Then coat with seasoning.  Spread evenly on a lined tray and bake for 20 minutes.
