Pumpkin seed Sun Butter

Nut free alternative to peanutbutter

Tasty alternative to tahini 


1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

2 tsp cinnamon

3 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract


Heat oven to 160°c and toast seeds until fragrant. About 5 minutes.

Allow to cool before transferring to a food processor.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until a smooth butter consistency. 

Store in an airtight jar 😁
