They’re not too sweet, so taste as you go and if you preffer more sweetness I suggest adding some rice malt syrup 🙂

COCONUT BERRY JAM PROTEIN SLICE
For the coconut layers:
2 Cups dessicated #coconut
1 cup coconut milk
90g Nuewee berry protein powder
1 banana mashed
2 TBS coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chia jam:
1/3 cup berries
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 tsp pysillium husk
Pinch of stevia.
2 Tbs coconut oil
1Tsp maca root powder
1 Tbs nuewee banana protein powder
Mix together in a bowl.
Divide mixture in half.
Press one half into a lined tin and place in the freezer while making the jam.
Blend berries in a food processor with a little water.
Stir in Chia seeds, pysillium, vanilla and stevia.
Sit until jelly like.
Spread over coconut layer.
Return to freezer for 30 mintues
Top with remaining coconut layer
Return to freezer
