I whipped up this quick and easy RAW coconut-rough tart this morning.
10 mintues to prepare, and around 30 mintues for just enough freezing time to slice into perfect portions.
Stored in containers, and back in the freezer to last me aaaggges!!! 😁
One of the biggest things that can derail people from healthy eating habits are the snacks between meals.
I always like to have something high protein and low carb ready to grab and eat. Especially in the afternoon between lunch and dinner.
These bars are full of good fats too to keep you fuller for longer.
With all that magnesium from #rawcacao these make the prefect #postworkoutsnack
Sweetened only with stevia so no insulin spikes 😉

Recipe and directions
- 2 cups dessicated coconut
- 3 Tbs coconut flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 Tbs coconut oil
- 120g nuewee protein powder ( I use this one as it has minimal ingredients and is only sweetened with stevia)
- 1/2 cup raw cacao
- 1 Tbs pysillium husk (for added fiber)
- 3 Tbs water (or more if needed
Blend ingredients together in a food processor.
Or just mix in a bowl until it all comes together.
Press into a lined baking tin and freeze for around 30 mintues.
Cut into desired serves and keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Add in extra berries, nuts, seeds, Chia seeds, goji …. 😊
