Peanutbutter jelly cups

Recipe

  • 2 Tbs coconut oil
  • 4 Tbs Pics natural peanutbutter 
  • 60g nuwee protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional) 
  • Pinch of salt.

Mix together and freeze in moulds. (I used muffin cases) 

After 10 minutes pop 1 raspberry on top of each cup and gently press down until it is half way into the cup.

Pop back into the freezer until firm. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
