Ketogenic flaxseed loaf

  • 2 cups flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 whites
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Tumeric

Blitz flaxseeds into a flour. 

In a mixing bowl combine flaxseed flour with the rest of the dry ingredients. 

Whisk eggs, then add all wet ingredients to the dry and mix until it forms a dough.

In a lined loaf pan, bake at 180°C for 30 mins.
