- 2 cups dessicated coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk (or cream)
- 1/2 cup fresh pitted cherries (can use frozen/thawed)
- 3 Tbs coconut oil
- 90g nuewee berry protein powder
- 1 Tbs rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Leave a few cherries aside for mixing in.
Blend the other cherries until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
It should make a wet paste/ batter like consistency.
Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 30 mintues.
30g vanilla protein powder
2 Tbs coconut oil
Mix together and pour over cherry slice.
Freeze for an hour then slice.
Keep in the fridge or freezer ** if you are using unflavored protein powder, add vanilla extract + preferred sweetener.
