Paleo Waffles

 Ketogenic, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, nutritious & delicious 👌

Recipe and Directions 

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbs coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 egg + 2 whites. (Sub 2 Chia eggs for vegan)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Sweetener of choice.

** I added

  • 1 tsp of dried ginger
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon &
  • a few blueberries to mine.

 ** Add protein powder for extra protein count

Blend all ingredients together and pour into waffle maker. Cook to waffle maker directions. top with a giant dollop of whipped coconut cream.
