Tumeric latte

There are so many health benefits from Tumeric, just to name a few…

💛 Key factors for activating tumeric, for it to reach its full potential in your body it needs 3 things

Heat, good fat, and black pepper. Not alot of black pepper but it does need some.

RECIPE

  • 4 Tsp Tumeric
  • 2 Tsp Ginger 
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Black Pepper 
  • 1 Tsp Raw Honey
  • Boiled Water

Fill a mug half way with boiled water. Add Tumeric and Ginger and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and enjoy 🙂
