Lemon Poppy seeds Bliss Balls

Recipe

  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1 Tbs lemon Zest
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup almond flakes
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 Tbs poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp Rice malt syrup .

Blitz almonds and cashews first until theyre chopped up. Then add dates and process. Then add remaining ingredients and blend until it all comes together. Roll into balls and eat 🙂 

Keep these in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for 3 months
