- 1.5 cups rolled oats, (or quinoa flakes for glutenfree )
- 1/2 cup organic dessicated coconut
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- 1/4 cup coconutoil
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup (or maple, honey..)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Pre heat oven to 180°
Blend dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients and blend until well combined. If mixture isnt holding together well, Add water 1 Tbs at a time until the consistency feels right.
Spoon desired sized cookies on a prepared baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Let them cool before eating or they’ll crumble!
