Chocolate macadamia fudge protein bars

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts 
  • 1/2 cup Macadamias 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 Tbs coconut cream
  • 2 Tbs protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 heaped tsp cacao
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (optional)

Blitz nuts in a food processor until crushed but still chunky. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until combined. Spread into a lined loaf tin and freeze for 30 minutes. Slice into preferred size bars.
Mix 1 Tbs coconut oil and 1 Tbs flavoured protein powder. Drizzle over frozen bars.
