Cookie icreamsandwich

Gluten free Biscuits 

1 cup quinoa flour

1/2 cup dessicated coconut

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbs rice malt syrup 

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 egg

1/2 cup nut free milk (oat,almond, coconut)

Blend all dry ingredients together. Whisk egg and add all wet ingredients together. Then combine the 2. Roll into balls and flatten on a baking tray. Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool.

Chocolate icecream 

1 frozen banana 

1 tsp cacao powder

Blend until smooth.
