No bake protein cookies

2 Scoops chocolate protein powder

1 Tbs raw cacao powder

2 Tbs Almond butter

1 Tbs rice malt syrup

1 Tbs coconut oil

1/2 cup of crunchy stuff 

(Seeds, nuts, puffed rice, puffed quinoa.

Mix first 5 ingredients  together the add in your crunchy mix.  Shape into bars or cookies and set in the fridge or freezer for 2 hours.
