Raw ginger donuts 

1 cup organic almonds

1/2 cup dessicated coconut

3/4 cup Turkish apricots

1 Tbs coconut oil

2 tsp ground ginger

1 Tbs macadamia butter

1 Tbs pea protein podwder

Soak apricots in hot water fir 30 minutes to soften.

Blend almonds, coconut, and apricots together first until well combined. 

Then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend and press into donut moulds. Set in the freezer over night. Keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
