Raw vegan kit kat

Recipe makes 12. And also requires a few trips back and forth from the freezer..

RAW CHOCOLATE  (you’ll use this for 3 layers)

1 cup coconut oil

3 Tbs rice malt syrup

4 Tbs cacao powder

WAFER

2.5 cups Almond flour

6 Tbs ABC spread

2 tsp maca powder

4 Tbs rice malt syrup 

2 tsp vanilla extract 

2 Tbs coconut oil

Pinch of salt. 

Place silicone muffin moulds in the freezer while you start on the raw chocolate. 

Whizz all ingredients together in a magic bullet.

Pour about 2 tsp into each muffin moulds.  Chocolate should evenly coat the bottom and this creates your base.

Pop the moulds back in the freezer.

Blend together all wafer ingredients in a food processor until a dough consistency forms. Divide mixture into 24 equal portions.

Fill 12 moulds with 1 potion each. And flatten. Pop back in the freezer to firm.

Repeat. And finish with a layer of chocolate. 

Freeze for 8 hours
