Raw choc mint protein donuts


1 cup almonds

1/4 cup raw cacao

1/2 dessicated coconut

2 Tbs pea protein

2 tsp peppermint extract

2 Tbs coconut oil 

1 Tbs rice malt syrup 

Blend almonds until fine. Then add remaining ingredients and blend until it all comes together and sticks when pressed inbetween your fingers.

Press into donut moulds and set in the freezer for 2 hours

1/4 cup cacao

 1 Tbs rice malt syrup 

1 Tbs pea protein
