Raw berry crumble 

BASE

1 cup dessicated coconut

1 Tbs rice malt syrup

2 Tbs coconut oil

Blend and press into lined cake tin.

CENTRE

2 cups dessicated coconut 

1 cup cashews

1/2 blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1 Tbs acai powder

2 Tbs coconut oil

2 Tbs rice malt syrup.

Process cashews to a flour. Add coconut, coconut oil and rice malt syrup. Divide mixture in half. Blend blueberries and acai powder in one half, and raspberries in the other 

Layer and pop into the freezer to firm.

CRUMBLE TOPPING

1/2 cup crushed walnuts

2 Tbs coconut oil 

1/2 Tbs rice malt syrup 

2 tsp maca powder

Blend and pour over top 

Then top with crushed nuts.
