Espresso chocolate protein brownie

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup macadamia butter

2 cups pitted dates

2 Tbs protein powder 

1/3 cacao powder

3 tsp ground coffee +2 Tbs water inch of salt

** Add ins –

1/2 cup walnuts

1/4 cup cacao nibs

Blend 1 cup of walnuts to a fine crumb. Add in the macadamia butter, coffee, dates, protein powder, cacao, pinch of salt and blend until it forms a ball. It should be like a sticky paste almost. Now throw in the 1/2 cup of walnuts and cacao nibs. Pulse until they are mixed through. 

Press firmly into a loaf pan and allow to set in the freezer over night. Slice and keep in the fridge for 1 week
