Baked protein donuts 

🤗 DONUTS 😁

1/2 cup dessicated coconut

1 Tbs coconut flour

1/4 cup protein powder 

1/4 cup coconut cream

1 very ripe bananas mashed

2 eggs

1 Tbs maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/2 tsp baking soda

Place all ingredients into a.food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into donut tray and Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes.

** double this recipe and make a protein banana loaf
