Paleo spaghetti meatballs 


3 garlic cloves

1 Tbs coconut oil

1 can of crushed tomatoes

2 Tbs tomato paste

1 cup water

1 Tbs basil

2 tsp oregano 

1/2 tsp rosemary 

1/2 tsp thyme

2 tsp hot chili sauce


500g beef mince 

1 egg

1/4 cup tapioca flour

1 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

1 garlic cloves


Heat oil in a pan

Add garlic and sauté until brown (be careful not to burn)

Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, and water. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover, but leave room for steam to escape. Lower heat.

Now make meatballs.

Whisk eggs in a large bowl.

Whisk in flour, herbs and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. 

Give your sauce a wee stir and add meatballs to simmering sauce and really cover. 

Leave for 2 hours.

Serve with zucchini noodles
