Protein paleo French toast 

2 slices of grain free bread

1 egg

1 serve of protein  powder

1/3 cup of water or dairy free milk

Vanilla extract

Stevia to taste.

Mix water or milk with protein powder first. Then whisk in the egg. 

Dip each piece of bread in the mixture and fry in a hot pan with a little coconut oil.

Top with favourite toppings.
