Again, Chia puddings are so versatile. Once you’ve got the base down you can play with any flavour your heart desires. Can’t go wrong with coffee and chocolate though.
Make this one before you go to bed and you’ll thank yourself in the morning.
1/2 cup brewed coffee (do this first so it can cool down while you prep the rest)
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs rice malt syrup
1 Tbs raw cacao powder
1/4 cup Chia seeds
2 Scoops of protein powder (optional)
Blend coffee, coconut milk, vanilla, rice malt syrup, cacao (and protein if using). Then stir in Chia seeds. Devide into 2 bowls and leave to thicken in the fridge over night.
