Healthy baked donuts

These bad boys tick all the boxes

Gluten free

Dairy free

Sugar free

Nut free!

And most importantly F-ing delicious

DONUTS

1 1/4 cups dissipated coconut

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup rice flour

1/2 cup coconut cream

1 heaped Tbs Rice Malt syrup

2 VERY ripe bananas 

4 free range eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 teaspoon baking soda 

1 tsp apple cider vinegar 

Preheat your oven to 170°C 

Baker for 10 minutes 

Enjoy x 

TOPPINGS

SUGAR CINNAMON  – granulated stevia and powdered cinnamon mixed together. Coat while the donuts are still hot from the oven! 

CHOCOLATE – 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup cacao powder, 2 Tbs rice malt syrup. Blend until smooth. dip donuts once they have cooled.

RASPBERRY- 1/2 cup fresh or thawed raspberries, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 2 Tbs rice malt syrup. Blend until smooth. Dip donuts once they have cooled
